Aircraft Ducting Repair Inc. (ADR) specializes in the overhaul and repair of pneumatic ducts, tubes, manifolds, cowlings, doors, fairings, and other sheet metal related components. ADR can develop overhaul/repair specifications for components requiring special procedures.
FAA Repair Station No. A7DR372J is approved to overhaul and repair components installed on Airbus, Boeing, Douglas, and Fokker airframes as well as CFM International, Pratt & Whitney,
and GE engines. In addition, ADR is also
EASA Certification No. EASA.145.4097.
Aircraft Ducting Repair's ratings include
Limited Airframe, Limited Powerplant and
Limited Specialized Service. Repair Station Operations Specifications allow us to overhaul/repair components on Airbus models A300,
A300-600, A310, A318, A319, A320, A321, A330 and A340; Boeing models 707, 727, 737, 747, 757, 767,
and 777; Convair model CV-600; Douglas models DC-8, DC-9, DC-10,
MD-11 and MD-80; Fokker models F70 and F100; Saab model 340. ADR's Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) services include hydrostatic pressure testing to
2000 psig, inert gas pressure testing to 1000 psig, vacuum
testing to 29" Hg, and
Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection. ADR overhauls and repairs components in
ATA Chapters 21, 30, 36, 38, 49, 52, 54, 71, 75, 78, 79 and 80. We specialize in
gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW) on a wide variety of metals; aluminum, hastelloy, inconel, stainless steel and titanium. Aircraft Ducting Repair has over 70 years of personnel experience in overhauling/repairing metal components for the commercial aircraft industry.
